Having trouble signing in?
- You may be using the wrong sign-in name. Try using your email address to sign-in. When asked for your sign-in name on the sign-in page, enter the email address you have on file with Sell.com instead.
- Passwords are case sensitive. If your password has a combination of upper and lowercase letters, you will need to enter it the same way you did during registration. Make sure your Caps Lock key is not on.
- Your sign-in name and password should not contain spaces. Sign-in names are at least four characters in length, while passwords are at least 6 characters long and contain both letters and numbers.
- Have you recently changed your password?
Try entering your password by hand. Don't let your browser pre-fill your password. It may have the wrong password saved. Once you sign in, your browser should save your new password.
