If you believe the ROCS participant made a mistake, we suggest contacting the participant directly to learn how your ad infringes their intellectual property rights. The ROCS participant's contact information will be provided to you in the notification email sent by Sell.com.

If you disagree with the ROCS participant's explanation, you may file a counter-claim with Sell.com. Instructions can also be found in the notification email.

Sell.com maintains the right to suspend any ad if instructed by appropriate authorities. Should Sell.com receive official and lawful notification from a trademark holder, or their legal representative, that your ad infringes intellectual property rights, Sell.com is under no obligation to provide a refund. Should you successfully file a counter-claim with Sell.com, you will be given a refund for your listing fee and any purchased promotions and will be allowed to re-post your ad.
