First of all, we suggest adjusting your ad quantity whenever you sell or get more items. You are not charged to change your quantity, so use it as a tool to help the buyer and track your own personal inventory.

I don't have enough quantity for a buyer
Our system only allows a buyer to offer up to the quantity you have stated in your ad information. If you happened to have less quantity available than stated in your ad information, a buyer could make an offer for more items than you have to sell.

If the buyer has sent you an offer, adjust the quantity field in your ad information. To do this, click on the edit button in the My Ads page. Then send the buyer an offer for your existing quantity, explaining to the buyer the situation. If the buyer chooses to make a counter-offer, they will only be able to offer on your new adjusted quantity.

I already sold my item
It is best to decline the buyer's offer with a message explaining the situation. Immediately disable your ad to prevent further buyers from making offers on your ad. Your listings are valid for 30 days. In this time, if you receive more quantity to sell, just adjust your ad information quantity and re-enable your ad. Enabling your ad does not cost extra while the ad is valid.
