I paid with PayPal. I immediately notified him that I was no longer at the confirmed address. I sent him a new confirmed address, but he refused to send it there. I told hime to cancel the order and refund my money instead he sent it to old address.

As stated in my S&H Policy, I will ONLY ship to confirmed addresses and NOT to any alternate address, because it is not allowed by PayPal. I told the buyer to register the new address with PayPal and re-submit payment, but they chose not to. Not MY fault!
