Comments:	I was sent a bootleg / pirated version of the software. No licence code, and a patch file on the root drive to make it run. A free illegal download. Repeated attempts to remedy with the seller have been unsuccessful to date. Don't waste your money!

Comments:	just need to describe the quality of the dvds better, need to explain clearly that the dvds are highly sensitive, not all dvd players will play because of sensitivity

Response:	these DVD's will play on 99% of all DVD players. If your DVD player was made after 2002, then there should be no problem playing them. Just make sure your player will play DVD+R type media and you are all set.

Comments:	Failed to mention which operating system the product was for...it wasn't mine so purchase is worthless to me. Also, packaging the disks were sent in was poor and disks could easily have been damaged. Seller is slow to respond to messages..if at all.

Response:	It's buyer's responsibility to make sure of what they are purchasing. Not our fault they did not ask if was compatable with their operating system. Packaging WAS good quality and item DID arrive in perfect condition. Wants to blame us for their mistake.
