Response:  regardless of how you rate me, I know I was timely, accurate and honost in dealing with you which is more than what I can say for you. Had you placed an honost ad and stated the condition of your merchandise, I wouldn't have bought it.

Response:  Clearance items do not necessarily mean used looking or damaged items. The details about the bags should have been clearly stated. It should have been my decision to buy a damaged bag or not. I would not spend that much money for this quality.
