The items I recieved were water damaged. Giving them the benefit of doubt, maybe it was because of rainy weather perhaps? I think if they were properly packaged mabye it would not have been so bad. The good news is! I did recieve a timely refund!

the sandals were not damaged when i received them back. i gladly refunded you with your payment that i offered to give you. i don't know what's wrong with your eyesight. you got the shoes quickly and i refunded you quickly. never had a complaint.

The signs and symbols on my boots wasn't in the same places as the picture shows & I thought they were leather or pleather not cloth
