I was pleased with the business until I sent a ring back that I had purchased to get a larger size. I sent the ring back and have necer received any item in return. Basically they have merchandise that I have paid for!! Not a happy customer

RING WAS NOT ONE PICTURED,SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS, NO RESPONSE. WOULD EVEN SETTLE FOR EXCHANGE, BUT NO RESPONSE, WILL SEND RING BACK ANYWAY B/C IT IS WAY TO BIG and too thick, and writing is rubbed off, therefore it is unwearable.

Although the item is beautiful, communication was absolutely horrible. There was none. Shipping was not timely and was not trackable. I am really sorry this experience wa not better. Had planned to purchase more.
