Although the item is beautiful, communication was absolutely horrible. There was none. Shipping was not timely and was not trackable. I am really sorry this experience wa not better. Had planned to purchase more.

RING WAS NOT ONE PICTURED,SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS, NO RESPONSE. WOULD EVEN SETTLE FOR EXCHANGE, BUT NO RESPONSE, WILL SEND RING BACK ANYWAY B/C IT IS WAY TO BIG and too thick, and writing is rubbed off, therefore it is unwearable.

I ordered a ring from seller. they took it off the market before i had a chance to pay for it. I sent them a message and got an invoice back. I paid for the item 13 days ago. I am so not happy that I have not recieved it.
