This buyer has no knowlege about jeans, a medium wash with tinted is a common washing technique for nowaday jeans, but buyer complain and made comments about it without understanding it! What can a seller do? Very unpleasant for a buyer to accept!

I do understand! I do own 2 pairs. You should explain EXACT color before you sell. "Medium wash w/ tint"?? What is that??? What color tint? SPECIFY that in your ad!!!! The picture shows MEDIUM wash.. NORMAL COLOR JEANS!NOT GOLD! BEWARE!!!
