Seller sold sub-standard product and refused to replace the six out of 24 defective DVD+Rs. I even offered to pay shipping costs for him to send replacements! He refused because he thought I was trying to con him into giving me a full 24 disc set free!

I simply asked buyer to send back the defective dvd set and he refused, He just wanted a free set, I test all dvds before sending out and his set worked perfect, If they were realy defective he would have sent back. paypal seen it my way.
