DVD's arrived faster than I expected (only took about 3 days). I haven't watched much yet but from seeing the disc menu and clip of 1st episode I'm impressed. Was afraid to order from online sellers but I feel confident to buy again now. ;) Good job!

The member was rude and didn't give me enough time to respond, I guess 15 minutes is the running time to give an answer. He indicated that he didn't receive payment when I never was able to finish the transaction (in enough time for him)

I was expecting at least labels on the DVDs or something. You should specify somewhere in your description that there are no cases or labels. I had to make them myself and buy cases, because it was a gift. Needless to say the gift was late!

Labels on burned DVDs do not work well, they make the disc hard to read at times and skip alot! I never said that the items come with cases, so don't assume in the future, you should ask.
