I told the buyer about the shipping time. I work so I cant ship all of my orders ASAP. I notified the buyer of when it would be shipped and the buyer said that was ok.

Ad stated delivery within a week. I only received notice of late shipment when I asked about the item 9 days after payment. I never said it would be OK. In fact, I didn't respond. Still, the product is great and recommended.
