The first product I got was defective. I reported it immediately to mothugsta and he apologized and sent out a new one (and a bonus) the very next day. I just got it tonight and everything is just fine now.

eragon and deja-vu were never specified as screeners. You ordered them all, and asked NO questions about the quality. assuming every movie is a 10 is your fault. Screeners are specified. If you asked, i would tell you quality.
