Took a long time to get a response from the seller once I committed to purchasing product. Was slow sometimes in communicating back to me via e-mail regarding questions that I had for the product. Not sure if the product is 100% authentic like the ad says

DO NOT BUY.THEY ARE FAKE. I went to Tiffany store and they told me it's FAKE. Go to Tiffany site and see the different. I bought 4 items, received only part of it. never send the rest of the items it's been 3 weeks NEVER respond emails BAD communication.

The bracelet is nice, however, because of a separate transaction went bad,I would not recommend this seller. Offers a return policy but does not give you a refund if you return your merchandise. Buyer Beware!

Terrible quality. Appears to be rhodium finish instead of sterling silver.Offers a refund if returned within 2 weeks. I returned my junk the day after receiving it 6 weeks ago and have yet to see a refund. No commun-ication from seller at all! DO NOT BUY!
