Comments:  they are selling pirated software.

Response:  The Buyer had difficulty installing the software and called Rosetta Stone directly for help. Rosetta Stone does not provide Customer Care on products not purchase directly from them (AS MY LISTING STATED). However, they assisted Buyer with installation.
