My first unhappy customer.
I was caught so off guard I almost overreacted.
But they are new to Sell.com and perhaps didn't actually read the listing.
That's my best guess as the bad feedback has been my only indication that there was a problem.

"Do to the ease of copying, our items are not refundable. However, we do offer replacement products in exchange for items that are damaged in transit."
The DVD never worked in the first place, do you plan on replacing it?
