Communication was frequent and timely, but both xBox360s I sent for repair returned with ROD - as if they were never fixed or tested. Also purchased games, but they did not arrive with shipment. I cannot recommend Kevin for repair or game purchase.

its been a month that this seller got paid and just sent 3 of 17 items has promised me that it would send me the items and he has given me date and I receive anything I don't recommend it
