For your information, you obviously have me confused with another member. I did NOT have a personal check, i had a money order waiting for you and neither package I ordered was ever recieved and would definately not have been refused!!! Read the messages!

I have bought many items from here and always pay on time as you see from the ratings I have gotten. C.o.d means the shipper collects before you get the item or it isn't c.o.d. You can not recieve something c.o.d before you pay.
