what a buyer@!! makes claims with paypal even once merchandise has been shipped and then uses ugly language to boot!!!

Tracking number showed no record until the day it arrived. Ugly language like saying "Rediculous seller, Outrageous shipping costs?" Swear words completely absent looks pretty reasonable to me. I was unjustly rated because of their poor transaction.
