Buyer left poor feedback without contacting me first about a defective dvd. I sent several emails to several contact address's stating I would replace it free of charge right away but there has been no reply. Thinking it might be BOGUS. Never a complaint!

I FINALLY received replacement dvd. I resent the fact that I have been called bogus. If something doesn't work, I have EVERY RIGHT to state so. I did send an e-mail asking whether or not to return the faulty dvd,I got no reply. My complaint is legitimate!
