Comments:  I did get my purse after about a month and a half. The Seller was terrible to deal with. She was not only extremely rude but used vulgar language in her e-mails. It was an awful buying experience. I will NEVER buy from her again.

Response:  It certainly did NOT take a month and a half! If that was the case, we'd have all negs. Also, YOU were terrible to deal with.. very disrespectful and rude. We treat others the way they treat us.

Comments:  This is the first company I have ever bought from on this web site, and they are HORRIBLE! They take a buyer beware attitude! Send me a purse with a busted zipper and told me to take it in to be repaired. I tried to work with seller, but they would NOT!

Response:  You lie. This is not the first buy you did and you never informed us of any problem. We NEVER had ONE complaint about broken zippers! Had you notified us, we would have worked something out. Unreasonable and impatient buyer! Ultimate nightmare!

Comments:  Item not received.Seller would not provide ANY shipping/tracking info. Payment refunded along with extremely vulgar comments, threats and insinuations. I am 100% Buyer on ebay with 212 purchases. I have never given or received any negative feedback!!

Response:  Totally false. This was an unbearable demanding harassing and rude buyer who was impossible to please as well as IMPATIENT, therefore we refunded her promptly to resolute this problem. Will never do business again, seller's beware!
