My experience was pretty good with her. I received my invoice the same day and I got my bag three days later. I wish I received measurements for my purse, it was a little bigger than what I wanted but I still like it. I would recommend Courtney again.

This is the first company I have ever bought from on this web site, and they are HORRIBLE! They take a buyer beware attitude! Send me a purse with a busted zipper and told me to take it in to be repaired. I tried to work with seller, but they would NOT!

You lie. This is not the first buy you did and you never informed us of any problem. We NEVER had ONE complaint about broken zippers! Had you notified us, we would have worked something out. Unreasonable and impatient buyer! Ultimate nightmare!
