The Ipod was a gift for Christmas. By Feb. it did not work. The ipod was supposed to be brand new and it was not.

The ad specifies Condition - This item is a RETURN. Returns were sold to a customer, who then either physically brought the item back to a store or mailed it to a specified location. I did not receive any emails that the item was defective for exchange!
