told me i could pick (in his response) then took three days to tell me "sorry i don't have any,i sold them (the ones he said i could pick up) but you can pay now and get them in 5 to 8 days but you can't pick up"

This comment is obscured! I would not try to scam anyone. I told MTS whatever that he couldn't p.u because I didn't have any in stock. I usually order for my buyers then send out the product. I only do pick up on occasion when my sells are doing very gd.
