Comments:  Seller sent me the wrong purse, then tried to blame the mistake on me. Refused to take responbility and was extremely rude and unprofessional the entire time. It got so bad that I demanded a refund. Will NEVER buy from again and DO NOT recommend to anyone

Response:  IMPOSSIBLE buyer - Yes, we sent wrong color (human error)we apologized, offered to PAY return postage, set a one week return date which she just refused to do. We rec'd her return today and sent HER FULL REFUND plus return postage.
