I haven't received anything yet either. I hope this guy knows over 1000.00 of fraud is a federal offense and about 5 years in prison. If everyone who hasn't left feedback got ripped off, bad news for this guy. If i dont get my 360 in a week, its on.

The merchant did eventually refund my money. He had been busy with other things over the past couple weeks. He was having some problems getting the 120gb hard drive to work on my machine. I didn't want to risk having the unit not work in the future.

Just an update on this seller. The console stopped working after 1 month, sent it in to professionals (360pros) said the system is completely fried and unrepairable. Complete lost. Worst transaction ever on sell.com
