Comments:  I Thought He Had Sent Me An Unformatted Hard Drive Instead Of The Loaded Hard Drive I Ordered. I Opened The Case And Discovered A Conection Had worked Loose In Shipping. I Reconnected It. Now The Drive Works Properly.
