Comments:  secon person from Philadelphia,with the same complain.The envelope was empty.Ask for refund not for replacement.The reason is the she receive the goods and like to get them for free. SCAM ARTIST

Response:  If you will recall from the message I sent you 6/12 at 14:30CDT I did ask for a refund OR A REPLACEMENT ITEM. And yes I believe I was timely and accurate- I sent you money the Monday after our agreement was made. Would you like to see the proof from USPS?
