Comments:  I never sent the glasses broken, they must have got damaged in shipment! So sorry the refund took awhile to get to you. Just take business elsewhere next time if you don't like me. Thanks for your time

Response:  So rate me one star for ripping me off! Trust me, I would NEVER do business with you again and highly advise others not to either. You're just mad because you were rated poorly twice in a row...Looks like it's not just me who has had problems!
