started out good: seller communciated frequently & answered my questions, but sent the dvds and told me that it was sent back to them ripped open so sent another, but never received. I am disappointed because they were pleasant, but I want my money back!

I would like to try this seller again becouse i belive in givening a 2nd changes to all. When the seller did finialy get back to me he was having some problems and was behind so maybe this time was an off time for the seller maybe next time will be better
