started out good: seller communciated frequently & answered my questions, but sent the dvds and told me that it was sent back to them ripped open so sent another, but never received. I am disappointed because they were pleasant, but I want my money back!

At least he responded to my questions. The product didn't arrive after three weeks but at least I got my money back. I will maybe decide to buy from him again only after I see his reviews go back up like they used to be in the past bcuz he has good deals
