I explained to you that I issued a refund and that it takes up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement. I cannot control this, but I am sure you will feel quite bad when you see the credit appear on your statement.

You flat out lied to me. I asked specifically about the size of this bag and its half a foot smaller than the largest size. u also promised it had the monogram lining which it doesnt. There are stains on the front and some of the hardware is on backwards.

First off, the bag has buckles on the sides that allow it to open larger, but I guess you didnt figure that out. Second, I offered you a full refund in which you declined, so you obviously liked the bag.
