The bag they sent to me was smaller size than I actually ordered and I asked them to exchange it but they didn't. What they said was that they only exchange the product if the product has problem. But isn't this a problem? The bag isn't right size.

Exchanging the bag for size it not an issue. but you have had this bag over two weeks it must be still in unused condition with tags in tact and sent to the address I sent to you which is the direct supplier check your mail for correct return addy. thanks
