Comments:  We HUMANS sent the wrong color -APOLOGIZED & gave her a full week to return for refund/exchange and of course reimburse her return postage. Week passes no return package but we got nasty emails. She RECEIVED full REFUND 9 days later when we finally rec'd

Response:  I never sent nasty emails, she was the one who called me stupid and said I had mental problems. I sent the package within 7 days, but she never picked it up.
