I tried to work the buyer the best I can... I cannot make usps move any faster, and I cannot make paypal give you a refund any faster, I issued a refund through paypal and they must review it to give you a refund... I wish it was, but everything is not in

It would be different if USPS actually recieved something
9101128882300093200348 this is the trackin number read it says this is not a deliever date or a proof of receipt from the usps I will present a case number from paypal to show no refund was sent
