Comments:  Fastlane episodes are not in Fox widescreen as claimed in the subject line. I tried to contact the seller but never received a response. Please refund my money or send the correct epsiodes. Full screen is available on Ebay for $20 cheaper.

Response:  Buyer did not read description, episodes are in Fox Widescreen as stated. I was never contacted by buyer until a false paypal buyer complaint was filed and closed.

Comments:  I think if a customer is extremely unhappy with a product it should be returnable, so I am rating this seller poorly because of that.

Response:  You can't expect DVD quality from a show over 10 years old, it is better then VHS, but not quite DVD as stated. This is just like any retail store you go to, once the DVDs are opened, you can't return them, only exchange, as stated for return policy

Comments:  He was fast on the shipment, The DVDs are burnt on a home computer that was fine. But two of the disc skiped so bad that the DVD player returned back to the main menu. Tried to contact to make things right, and he will not respond.

Response:  Never received any message that there was a problem. I would be glad to send out replacement disks. Trying to contact buyer to fix things right now.
