My package was shipped 1 week after I purchased it and at $20 shipping and handling, she sent my packaged in a mangled ugg box. Could have purchased an actual shipping box for that outrageous price. What a rip off! DISHONEST

The bag arrived in 2 days as pictured. However there are some giveaways that it’s not authentic: the inside is not pink, there are no authentication cards, and the zipper is metal. Overall, this is a nice Chanel look-a-like for the price.
