I placed my order on Sept 7th. We were not able to complete transaction after three weeks due to seller's basement being flooded (bad weather on the East Coast). Good communication, seller kept me updated on a regular basis and provided w/refund. Thanks.

This is my worst internet purchase experience EVER. I made the purchase in August and finally received a refund this week (October). The seller sent me the wrong bag TWICE. I do not recommend this seller.

it took aling time to recieve my bag, almost a month after sending payment. i also wanted the upside down LV's which were once offered and i was told i would recieve, however my bag did not have them. although the bag itself is very nice.
