This person has a problem with refunds. I sent her an item back that I purchased her because it was not as she advertised, she told me she would waive the 3 day return policy then didn't. She refused it & I paid a lot of money to secure the return to her

FedX left message on my phone and the NO to return their call & also left a FedX note on my front door.That is how I got their # to call.The purse was as described in my list size,color,condit.The 3 day ret. starts when the item is rec'd by buyer.
