Did not send the bags I ordered!! Auction states RED lining and UPSIDE DOWN LVs on back. NOT TRUE!!! Bags are horrible, nothing like the picture. 3 of 5 arrived damaged. Will not answer my emails!!! BEWARE OF THIS SELLER!!!

You're just upset because you don't know what you want. First you said you wanted one bag then you change your mind. Ad says no refunds. I'm willing to exchange it for a better bag or a totaly different one. BTW is this the way lawyers "govern"themselves?

Update to the seller's response that they offered me a refund/exchange. That never did happen and I'm still waiting to hear back to find out if they plan on honoring that offer since they have posted that promise to the board. Still a bait & switch.

The bag I received was NOT the bag pictured - it does not have the gold studs on the strap as shown and there are markings/scratches all over the bag that I am having to try to rub off. Sorry, only 1 star for timely delivery and communication.

If you don't like send it back. I don't have a "No refund" policy. I will try to get you a better one. And remember, there are no perfect quality copies, I just try to get better products. If you want the real thing you need pay a lot more too.

eventually got what i paid for... a really cheap looking replica. i'm too embarrassed to use it! i don't recommend because the quality of the bag is so awful. and alamoda never answered my return inquiry.
