This seller sucks like many of the other sellers. I was sent wrong glasses and finally refunded money after filing report on paypal, but I DID NOT Get my refunc for sending back the wrong pair of glasses for $5.25..... she had lots of excuses but who care

These sunglasses arrived broken. Seller gave me an address to send the item to and said I would get a replacement pair. I sent them over 3 weeks ago, but no contact from seller and no replacement pair! This has been a horrible experience!

It took about a month to get the item, but overall she had good communication and the Chanel sunglasses are great. I would try again.

I bought Chanel Sunglasses and they came to me broken. I contacted the seller and she told me to send them back to her "supplier.” I did and I NEVER got them back. After a month, she finally refunded me my money, but only after I reported her to paypal.

I bought the sunglasses on aug10 and didn't receive them until sept8. the item wasn't in new/perfect condition as described--the pearl on the chanel logo was cracked/broken. i know seller didn't do this intentionally. gr8 communication
