The shipping was fast as always... preparing to ship it was the slow part. I can only get to the PO once a week and that is not always the same day each week. I apologize for the delay but there is nothing I can do to make it any faster. 1 Man operation.

quality of dvd very poor. this member did send me a second dvd right away when i told him the first was unwatchable, but the second dvd was poor uality also--better as i was able to view most of it, but the sound was off.

The DVD is very high quality and she just got a bad disc... and I am a little disappointed that the buyer gave a bad rating instead of working with me to resolve the problem. She was a bit of a pain from the very start of the transaction thru to the end.
