I was assured delivery via express mail in order to have item by christmas and the item never arrived as promised. Yet instill express monies was charged for delivery.

yes, I did have a problem with my supplier not delivering but I did issue a full refund to this customer and did offer to order her shoes from a new supplier who delivers all my other shoes (she declined)...Sorry that you had a bad experience, it was bad
