Comments:  told me that the sandals were water damaged and they were not. wanted to exchange for boots that they didn't want to pay for. i offered a refund instead of an exchange so that i can end all transaction with this buyer.

Response:  Why would I want to pay for something that I have exchanged? Duh? Isn't that what an exchange is? Now you see why I will never do business with this person!
