shipping was stated as 5-9 business days. I am at 21 business days, I do not have the product and they no longer respond to me.
To try and say something nice; They were very helpfull for the first two days after I made the purchase.

FALSE ADVERTISED PRODUCT! POOR QUALITY! A MONTH & STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED COMPLETE ORDER. LIED ABOUT MAILING MY ORDER, SAID IT WAS IN TWO BOXES. VERY HOSTILE REFUSED REFUND AFTER STEALING MY MONEY, FILED COMPLAINT WITH BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU RIP OFF!!!

This item was boxed in 2 separate boxes. The first one was shipped, but due to an oversight on our part, the 2nd one became separated and we could not locate it. There was no fraud or ill intention here, simply human error. Full refund has been issued.

I still do not have the product I paid for. It has been over 2 weeks since payment was made and all I received were comments that it would eventually come. However, delivery is still pending.

As stated in our item description, this costume during the busy Halloween season requires approx. 7 days before shipping once payment is received, then a few days to be received. Order was delivered in time for customer's requested need by date of 10/26.
