The product was shipped 3 times. I have proof. The 3rd time he finally admitted he got it. I lost money on this transaction, But was going to keep shipping until he received it. He may have 3 copies of it for all I know. He accused me of fraud and theft.

I offered to pay FEDEX after twice being told that DVDs were mailed. I can't believe the post office "Lost" the mail 2 times. Only after I wrote a complaint did he send it with a postal tracking number. Highly rated, but doesn't use tracking numbers? Hmm?
