1st transaction/order sent right away and went OK. After closing and paying 2nd order, seller refunded payment then refused communication afterwards. Will not say what the problem was to be able to correct

I asked him if mules ran true to size, he said they did. I asked him to measure them for me, poor guy doesn't own a ruler. Mules ended up being 2 sizes too small. Shipping costs were outrageous also.
