Comments:  I have tried repedidly to get payment from him with no response offered payment from neteller to taking credit cards through my merchant acct he is a liar

Response:  The above statement is untrue - I have informed you repentatly that I do not use Netteller and will not use such a service. You were unable to use paypall because of abusive behavior and it is rated that way so I have declined from you more than once!!!!!
