Overall, my experience with this seller was good. But he sold me a fake/bootleg copy of Phenomena. His ad for it was misleading. He did not inform me it was a fake/burned copy when I inquired about the condition of the disc. I have not received a refund.

It clearly states its a DVD Transfer in the auction description. Im willing to work out problems with defective DVD's not because you didnt read the item description. Im sorry you felt misled.
