I paid promptly for the DVD and I have still not received it. It has been over two months since I have paid for it. I have worked with a lot of sellers on this site and all but one have been really great. I will NEVER be working with this one again.

Item was shipped twice and I do not understand what happened. I will be issuing a full refund and appologize. If they do by chance show up I would hope you would let me know. I had this happen once before and three months later the package arrived.

The DVD was ordered on Dec 5 and not shipped until Dec 17. Although the seller did answer emails in a VERY timely fashion, which helped ease the worry, he was not honest about when the DVD was shipped. I would buy again if rare item and not in a hurry.

Very sorry for the delay. I usually ship at least once a week but I also sell on Ebay and sometimes get my shipping dates confused when repling to buyers especially in December (Holiday Season). Sorry again and I hope you enjoyed the DVD.
