Comments:  site plainly states no refund exchange only within 7 days of recieving handbag to prevent "remorse buying" still offered exchange after that amount of time and buy would not return handbag.

Response:  You never offered me an exchange, only to return the bag to the person you bought it from. All of the stiching is loose. I would accept an exchange, And it was within the timeframe. Are you willing to offer another bag and then no one has to be unhappy?
